Łukasz Grynasz – President of the Management Board
Mr. Łukasz Grynasz is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in the video game and new technology sectors. For the past six years, Mr. Łukasz Grynasz has served as President of the Management Board of RockGame S.A., which he has managed since its establishment.
He specializes in building and developing gaming companies, creating and implementing growth strategies, obtaining financing, and supervising the production of PC and console games.
He has extensive experience in project management, investor relations, and cooperation with international partners.
Supervisory Board
Michał Rogowski – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Michał Rogowski holds a higher education degree in economics, obtained from the University of Szczecin. He has been associated with the video game industry since 2007.
He began his career as a gaming journalist, writing about news from the world of games and reviewing new video games. Since November 2015, he has worked as a professional video game tester in companies such as Testronic Sp. z o.o., CI Games S.A., and PlayWay S.A.
In May 2018, he established a dedicated QA team at PlayWay S.A., which since its creation has continuously prepared almost all products from the PlayWay Group for release.
Since December 2020, he has been a shareholder and President of the Management Board of Concept Lab Sp. z o.o., a company engaged in consulting related to video game production and functional testing.
Mr. Michał Rogowski does not meet the independence criteria set out in the Act of 11 May 2017 on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Oversight.
Mr. Michał Rogowski has ties to a shareholder holding not less than 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Sebastian Ziental – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Sebastian Ziental is an attorney-at-law and has been associated with the gamedev industry for 10 years. He also specializes in commercial company law, copyright law, and new technology law.
Mr. Sebastian Ziental cooperates both directly with entities from the gamedev industry and with law firms providing services to entities operating in the form of capital companies and partnerships.
Mr. Sebastian Ziental meets the independence criteria set out in the Act of 11 May 2017 on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Oversight.
Mr. Sebastian Ziental has no ties to any shareholder holding not less than 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Piotr Karbowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Piotr Karbowski is a graduate of the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology and the Electronics Technical School in Augustów.
He began his professional career in advertising and has been associated with the gaming industry since 2008. Since 2012, he has cooperated with the PlayWay Group.
Mr. Piotr Karbowski does not meet the independence criteria set out in the Act of 11 May 2017 on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Oversight.
Mr. Piotr Karbowski has ties to a shareholder holding not less than 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Krzysztof Kostowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
In the years 2002–2011, Mr. Krzysztof Kostowski was an active shareholder and member of the management board of Play Sp. z o.o., the largest software wholesaler in Poland, combining wholesale and retail distribution of games.
Mr. Krzysztof Kostowski created and managed video game development departments within the wholesale business, and later oversaw the publishing of games in stores and kiosks.
He was responsible for establishing numerous development teams and for creating and distributing more than one hundred PC game titles.
In 2011, following a change in the business profile of Play Sp. z o.o., Mr. Krzysztof Kostowski founded PlayWay S.A., a company that creates game concepts, finances development teams, and seeks innovative large-scale game ideas.
He introduced PlayWay S.A. to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2016 and currently holds more than 40% of the company’s shares.
At PlayWay S.A., he is responsible for:
- numerous bestselling game concepts, such as House Flipper and Gold Rush,
- creating one of the larger developer groups in Poland,
- creating a system for testing game concepts before they enter production,
- the company’s marketing, including responsibility for more than one thousand Facebook advertising campaigns,
- recruitment of development teams for the PlayWay S.A. group,
- contact with investors and the media.

Mr. Krzysztof Kostowski has ties to a shareholder holding not less than 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Tomasz Stajszczak – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Tomasz Stajszczak holds a PhD in humanities, specializing in English language and translation studies. He is also an active translator and copywriter working, among others, in the gaming industry.
Since 2016, Mr. Tomasz Stajszczak has cooperated with companies associated with the PlayWay Group as a game producer, as well as serving in their management and supervisory bodies.
