RockGame S.A. Development Strategy

Under its adopted development strategy, the Issuer assumes further, consistent growth through activities in the area of game production and publishing. The strategy includes both strengthening its position in the simulation games segment and developing other game genres, including survival, strategy, and narrative games.

The objectives of RockGame S.A. are:

i. to continue expansion in the video game segment,
ii. to diversify the product portfolio,
iii. to further develop development teams,
iv. to invest in marketing and the player community,
v. to increase the number of games in which RockGame S.A. acts as publisher,
vi. to implement modern technologies, including AI, to optimize production and costs.


Continuing Expansion in the Video Game Segment

The Issuer intends to maintain a dynamic pace of growth through regular releases of new titles on Steam and other distribution channels.

In the 2026–2027 perspective, the Company’s objective is to increase the recognition of the RockGame brand in foreign markets, in particular in Western Europe, North America, and Asia.

The Company is developing its own console porting department, which will allow it to optimize costs, reduce dependence on external entities, and increase control over product quality.

In the future, RockGame also plans to develop competencies in the area of AI in order to support the production process.


Diversification of the Product Portfolio

The Company simultaneously carries out smaller projects with shorter production cycles, which allow it to diversify risk and ensure a steady inflow of revenues.

These productions also serve as tools for testing market trends and building communities around the brand.

RockGame S.A. focuses on the production of games for the PC platform, while also preparing ports for consoles, including Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation.

In the long term, the Issuer does not exclude the development of larger multiplayer productions with cooperative elements.


Further Development of Development Teams

The Issuer plans to systematically expand its human resources through the recruitment of programmers, 2D/3D artists, designers, and specialists in AI and network aspects of games.

The Issuer emphasizes talent retention and the development of internal R&D departments responsible for analyzing new technologies, industry trends, and innovative gameplay mechanics.


Investment in Marketing and the Player Community

RockGame S.A. recognizes the importance of building a lasting community around its own titles. The Company will increase its marketing expenditure, with particular focus on:

  • promotional campaigns on social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord,
  • cooperation with influencers and streamers,
  • activities at game festivals such as Steam Next Fest, Gamescom, and PGA,
  • cross-promotion between its own productions and projects of associated companies.

These activities are intended to increase sales volume and strengthen players’ attachment to the RockGame brand.


Increasing the Number of Games in Which RockGame S.A. Acts as Publisher

The Issuer plans to gradually expand its publishing portfolio by cooperating with independent development studios from Poland and abroad.

These activities are aimed at increasing the number of productions in which RockGame S.A. acts as publisher, offering support not only at the promotion and distribution stage, but also in the areas of production consulting, quality assurance testing, and optimization of the publishing cycle.

The Company intends to use its own experience, marketing channels, and knowledge of the Steam market and console platforms to maximize the global reach of the games it publishes.

The development of publishing activities allows RockGame S.A. to diversify revenue sources, build relationships with talented creators, and strengthen the brand’s position.

In the long term, the publishing strategy should translate into higher sales volume, intensified cross-promotion, and faster growth in the recognition of RockGame S.A. in key foreign markets.


Implementation of Modern Technologies, Including AI, to Optimize Production and Costs

RockGame S.A. treats artificial intelligence as one of the key elements of its development in 2026–2027. The Issuer intends to implement AI solutions in the following areas:

  • Production of 2D/3D assets — supporting the creation of concept art, models, and textures, which shortens production time and reduces costs.
  • Generation and optimization of dialogue and narrative — AI tools supporting narrative designers in creating more complex and non-linear stories.
  • Quality assurance testing, QA — automation of bug detection and optimization of testing processes.
  • Market and player preference analysis — AI supporting business decisions, for example through the analysis of reviews, sales data, and trends.
  • Gameplay and in-game character AI — development of more intelligent NPCs and systems that dynamically respond to player behavior.

The implementation of artificial intelligence will allow the Company to increase efficiency, reduce production costs, and accelerate the publishing cycle, while maintaining the high quality of its games.


Financing of the Strategy

The adopted strategy will be implemented in the years 2026–2027.

The Issuer plans to finance development activities mainly from funds generated from operating activities, i.e. from the sale of released and future games.
